Nahadin Arman is looking for a talented, creative, and problem-solving Software Engineer / AI Developer to join our growing technology team and contribute to the development of software products and intelligent solutions.

We are not looking for someone who simply writes code.
We are looking for an engineer who can understand the problem, design the right solution, build reliable software, leverage AI to improve development speed and quality, and take ownership of the final outcome.

Key Responsibilities:
Software & Web Development
Develop, maintain, and optimize company software systems and web applications.
Develop backend services and software components.
Design and implement secure, scalable, and reliable APIs.
Build modern services using appropriate frameworks and technologies.
Contribute to Django-based projects and their ecosystem.
Design maintainable and scalable technical solutions.
AI-Assisted Development
Leverage AI tools to improve software development speed and quality.
Use AI throughout analysis, development, testing, documentation, and debugging.
Identify opportunities to apply AI to products and internal processes.
Contribute to the design and implementation of intelligent features.
Evaluate and adopt appropriate AI tools and technologies for technical challenges.
Problem Solving & Engineering
Translate business and product requirements into practical technical solutions.
Identify root causes rather than applying temporary fixes.
Improve system performance, security, stability, and scalability.
Participate in technical and architectural decisions.
Maintain clear technical documentation.
Team Collaboration
Work closely with engineering, product, and other relevant teams.
Participate in code reviews and engineering quality improvements.
Share technical knowledge with team members.
Take active ownership of technical challenges through completion.

Technical Skills
Strong Python programming skills.

Experience with databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL.
Familiarity with Git and version-control workflows.
Practical experience using AI tools throughout the software development lifecycle.
Strong debugging and optimization skills.
Ability to produce clear technical documentation.

Deeper knowledge of artificial intelligence, machine learning, large language models, natural language processing, or AI-powered product development is a strong advantage.
