General Qualifications - Team-working spirit - Commitment to company and being responsible for the assigned tasks - Algorithmic thinking and problem solving ability - Experienced in the Agile/Scrum development process - Interested in learning new technologies - Having relevant work experience - Full time cooperation Qualifications for Software Analyst Position - Expert in software analysis process and ability to produce SRS document and relevant UML diagrams - Experienced in Business Process Analysis - Experienced in working with software engineering tools like Rational Rose and Enterprise Architect - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Holding regular sessions with stockholders and product owners Qualifications for Scrum Master Position - Experienced in playing the Scrum Master role for a software development team that was diligently applying Scrum principles, practices, and theory. - Effective interpersonal, leadership, and influencing skills. - Producing dynamic reports concerning related software engineering lifetime including progress report, project estimation, and session report. - Experienced in Jira and other related tools like Microsoft Project, Trello, Skack, Asana, and etc. Qualifications for UI/UX Designer Position - Having experience as UI/UX Designer or similar roles. - A portfolio of professional UI/UX design work for both web and mobile platforms. - Strong knowledge with user experience fundamentals and UI/UX test. - Knowledge of wire-framing tools (e.g. Wireframe.cc and InVision). - Up-to-date knowledge of design software like Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop. - Working knowledge of the following technologies and software: Sketch, Prototyping tools, Zeplin, HTML, CSS (SCSS), iOS, Android, Design Systems and Adobe Creative Suite.
