Job Description
● Conduct or participate in user requirements gathering and documentation (RFP, RFC, User Story, Back Log, and RUP standard documents). ● Analyze business requirements and raw data to produce a structured relational and/or dimensional data model that resonates with user requirements. ● Prepare technical/functional requirements in the form of standardized templates that facilitate easy development. ● E2E requirement handling, documentation, technical implementation, testing, and delivery to the responsible group. ● Root cause analysis of escalated issues or problems by the operation team and find the best solution to resolve it. ● Collaborate and communicate with different technical and commercial departments in order to understand, analyze and develop provisioning-related needs. ● Understand the company’s objectives, processes, and products as well as the business systems capabilities. ● Perform impact analysis of making changes to application systems and supports the development of effort/cost estimates. ● Participate in process improvements in the group. ● Proactively manage and prioritize a backlog according to business value, complexity, and expectations. ● Oversee implementation of a new system including data migration.
Requirements
● Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT or Software engineering ● At least 2 years of experience in the same field. ● Good command of English. ● Familiar with the concepts of ITIL and/or eTOM ● Having the skills to analyze, design, and documentation system processes and business model ● Familiar with the concepts of planning and project control ● Having powerful team working abilities ●Ability to identify and troubleshoot processing issues. ● Strong analysis skills, attention to detail, team working, written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal skills, flexibility, adaptability, and Initiative.
