-Manage social media accounts and measure the data ensuring customer engagement
-Develop and manage social media campaigns and measure their success
-Develop the strategy and implement it for all social media channels and help to create creative content
-Oversee and Collaborate for creating original text, graphic and video contents
-Oversee and Collaborate for creating content calendars
-Respond to followers' messages and follow up content providers to provide reliable responses
-Collaborate with other teams such as PR, Marketing, HR, etc. to form best image of company
-Stay up to date with the latest digital technologies and social media trends
-Identify new social media channels to promote products and Implement strategies for communicating
-Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network
-Provide managers with required reports in a timely manner
-Proactively monitor other social medias which are active in industry and create recommendations
-Effectively manage social medias in crisis situations
Requirements
-Bachelor/Master’s degree in Marketing or equivalent field of study,
-Between 3 - 5 year’s proven experience in related fields,
-Action and result oriented
-Excellent communication skills
-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
-Excellent English, writing and speaking
-Excellent copy writing skills
-Basic design and graphics skills
-Understanding of social media campaigns, social media trends, digital marketing
-Hands-on, versatile and resourceful
