### About the Role

Vanillaro is a Dubai-based brand specializing in finger food, catering, and event hospitality. We are looking for a creative, independent, and results-driven **Social Media Manager & Content Strategist** to help us build a stronger brand presence and grow our social media channels.

The main focus of this role is **Instagram**, with **TikTok** as a secondary growth channel.

This position is not just about posting content. We are looking for someone who can shape the brand’s social media identity, create a clear content direction, develop creative campaigns, and drive consistent organic growth.

### Responsibilities

- Develop and execute social media strategies for Instagram and TikTok
- Build content pillars and monthly content calendars
- Create ideas and scripts for Reels, Stories, and TikTok videos
- Turn raw photos and videos provided by our Dubai team into engaging and creative content
- Use AI tools creatively for content ideation, image generation, video development, and content production
- Write high-quality English captions and marketing copy
- Plan, schedule, and publish content consistently
- Monitor Instagram and TikTok trends and identify relevant opportunities for organic growth
- Maintain a consistent brand voice, visual identity, and overall content style
- Analyze content performance and continuously improve the strategy based on data
- Give clear direction to our Dubai team on what type of photos and videos should be recorded
- Manage initial comments and incoming messages
- Identify sales-related comments and DMs and refer them to our sales team for follow-up
- Research competitors and successful brands in the Food, Catering, Events, and Hospitality industries in Dubai
- Provide regular reports on performance, opportunities, weaknesses, and recommended actions

### What We Expect

We are looking for someone who can gradually take ownership of Vanillaro’s social media presence and help develop the brand into a recognizable and professional name in the market.

Our goal is not simply to increase follower count or publish a high volume of content.

We want to build a strong brand identity, attract the right audience, increase meaningful engagement, and ultimately generate more sales opportunities through social media.

### Requirements

- At least 2–3 years of professional experience in Social Media Management, Content Strategy, or a related field
- A strong portfolio with real projects
- Strong understanding of Instagram and TikTok
- Proven experience in organic content growth
- Strong short-form video editing skills for Reels and TikTok
- Proficiency with tools such as CapCut and Canva
- Practical experience using AI tools for content creation and development
- Strong creative thinking, storytelling, and hook-writing skills
- Ability to write high-quality English content for a Dubai-based brand
- Familiarity with Instagram Insights and TikTok Analytics
- Strong organizational skills, responsibility, and ability to work independently in a remote environment

### Preferred Experience

Experience in any of the following industries is considered a strong advantage:

Food & Beverage, Catering, Hospitality, Events, Lifestyle, Luxury Brands, or previous experience creating content for the UAE / GCC market.

### Working Model

This is a **fully remote position**.

Our team in Dubai will provide raw photos and videos from our products, events, and buffet setups.

We expect the Social Media Manager to not only transform this material into high-quality content, but also guide our team on what type of footage, angles, shots, and raw material should be produced for upcoming content.

Sales-related DMs, inquiries, and quotation requests will be handled by the Vanillaro sales team. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for identifying and referring these leads.
