Job Description

● Communicate with the project manager continuously regarding project progress and areas of concern. ● Advise the project manager of any foreseen slippage of progress and propose corrective actions. ● Review and initial PM assessment of monthly progress invoices. ● Review weekly and monthly reports as presented by the contractor and present to the project manager comments on non-compliance, and/or areas of concern and corrective actions. ● Assess change requests as submitted by the contractor and report the recommendation to the project manager. ● Plan and maintain project budgets and schedule planning activities with team and managers. ● Review the contractor’s construction schedule during the progress of site works.


● At least 15 years of experience. ● Experience in major construction projects. ● Experience in materials management. ● Good communication skills. ● Problem-solving skills. ● Decision-making ability. ● Commercial awareness. ● Ability to motivate others. ● Teamwork skills.
