- Supervise & manage of contractual affairs at site
- Supervise & manage of contractual affairs of subcontractors at site such as claims, extra works, invoices , preparation of contracts draft, ...
- Manage and tracking of extra works, reworks & new items and any contractual changes and also provision and collecting of required document in order to acceptance of clients and claim against them.
Requirements
- Gender Preference: Male
- Military Service Status: End Certification or Permanent Dispensation
- Ideal Age Range: Maximum 45 years
- Experience: At least 5 years in construction of oil, gas & petrochemical plants and similar projects
- Education: Bachelor of civil engineering or similar
- Language: Familiar with professional text in English
- Skilled in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD
- Skilled in various general conditions of contracts (GCC) and contractual affairs
- Skilled in Technical office affairs
- Ability to subcontractor dispute resolution and counter claim
- Ability to manage his team and team working
