Job Description

- Contacting shipping lines on regular basis, and negotiating to achieve the best achievable rates - Updating the consignees on cargo shipping matters - Predicting the requirements of current operations in order to make the necessary arrangements to avoid any possible disorder or difficulty from happening - Following up on all shipment orders

Requirements

- Very good knowledge of international business correspondence - Very good knowledge of all kind of Shipping Documents and Custom clearance processes & Documents. - Fluency in English , both written and spoken - Good knowledge of sale accounting - Very good knowledge of MS Office applications (WORD & EXCEL) - Ability for managing the job under stressful conditions.
