Role Overview
Responsible for managing, maintaining, and optimizing enterprise compute and storage
infrastructure, ensuring high availability, performance, and security.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage Windows and Linux servers, virtualization clusters, and storage
infrastructure.
* Monitor system and storage performance, patching, and capacity planning.
* Administer storages, Fabric and backup services.
* Ensure security best practices and timely patching across all systems and
infrastructure components.
* Troubleshoot infrastructure issues and provide escalation support.
* Collaborate with other teams to maintain operational excellence.
* Document configurations, operational procedures, and change management
activities.
Required Skills & Competencies:
* Expertise in server administration (Windows/Linux), virtualization Platforms
(VMware, etc.), and Enterprise storage management (SAN/NAS/Fabric).
* Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and capacity planning skills.
* Effective communication skills in English both written and verbal.
* Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure).
* Automation/scripting experience (PowerShell, Bash).
* Microsoft Domain Services, Linux Operating systems, Virtualization Platforms (vSphere / Hyper-V), Storage and Fabrics, Backup solutions.
