We seek an experienced professional with a background in Mechanical Engineering to innovate and optimize our engineering processes. Your expertise will drive the development and refinement of thermal-fluid systems and acoustic designs, contributing to energy efficiency and reliability.

Responsibilities:
- Design and optimize thermal-fluid systems to enhance energy efficiency and performance.
- Develop and implement acoustic models to minimize noise pollution and improve environment compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex engineering concepts into practical solutions.
- Perform simulations and analyses to validate designs and ensure optimal functionality under varied operating conditions.
- Lead research and development initiatives to introduce cutting-edge technologies and methodologies.
- Prepare detailed engineering documentation, reports, and presentations for project stakeholders.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and support staff.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant and professional work experience in the design of industrial equipment, industrial HVAC, or acoustic systems design.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in engineering software for simulations and modeling.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex technical information clearly.
- Demonstrated project management abilities and collaborative skills in a team-oriented environment.
