Boland Tabagheh is seeking an experienced Senior Tender Specialist to join our team in Tehran. As an integral part of our Engineering and Architecture division, you will lead the preparation and submission of tenders for construction projects, ensuring compliance with client requirements and company standards. Established in 1983, Boland Tabagheh has a long-standing reputation for excellence in the construction industry.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage the tendering process from start to finish, ensuring timely submission of proposals.
- Analyze project requirements and develop comprehensive tender documents.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and finance teams to gather necessary information for tender submissions.
- Conduct detailed risk assessments and propose mitigation strategies.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends and competitor strategies to enhance tender competitiveness.
- Liaise with clients and partners to clarify project specifications and expectations.
- Ensure all tender submissions comply with legal and regulatory standards.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in tender management within the construction industry.
- Proficiency in Texa, AutoCAD, and Excel software.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Attention to detail and capability to work under pressure.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
