Senior Technical Support & Product Development Engineer

Job Description

Boen International Trading Co. is a supplier of technical components for the home appliance and energy industries. We are currently seeking an experienced professional in technical testing, process control, and engineering documentation to join our team in Tehran.
Responsibilities
1.Technical Testing, Evaluation, and Customer Support for Home Appliances:
Provide technical support for home appliance and electronic products, including but not limited to fan motors, water solenoid valves, vacuum cleaner motors, washing machine motors, washing machine and dishwasher drain pumps, flow meters, cordless vacuum batteries, TV applications and control panels, and control and power PCB mainboards. Work closely with customers on product testing, integration, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
2. Coordination with Project Teams for New Project Launches:
Collaborate with customers as well as internal R&D, sales, and marketing teams during the initiation of new projects. Provide technical feasibility assessments, support prototype testing activities, and ensure alignment of project timelines and deliverables.
3. Analysis of Test Results and Customer Issue Resolution:
Take ownership of end-to-end follow-up for customer-reported technical or quality issues. Conduct root cause analysis, propose corrective actions, and ensure timely resolution and proper documentation of all issues.
4. Specialized Project Support and Engineering Documentation:
Provide local technical support for Energy Storage Systems (ESS) projects and similar industrial applications. Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and proper maintenance of engineering documentation.
Qualifications
1. Familiarity with SolidWorks, Altium Designer, and AutoCAD
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office
3. Relevant work experience in engineering, technical testing, and engineering documentation
4. Strong teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills
5. Fluent English communication skills
