Monitor and manage roadside assistance services and personnel based on KPIs

Handle customer complaints and improve service quality

Ensure compliance with technical standards and operational procedures

Manage towing contractors and supporting service providers

Plan shifts, resources, and geographic coverage

Prepare reports, control costs, and coordinate with internal teams


Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience

Knowledge of KPIs and performance reporting

Familiarity with roadside assistance operations and technical standards

Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
