Job Description
- Perform as a member of an ERP support and development team throughout the Organization and its partners. - Work with ERP systems users and management to determine appropriate system configuration and Setup. - Manage bulk master data import. - Thoroughly understand ERP database schema. - Design, develop and maintain reports used by technical staff and ERP systems users. - Develop and customize ERP system to meet business/end users’ needs. - Assist with testing new releases of ERP systems prior to use in a production environment. - Create documentation on required changes of ERP systems for development partners. - Create documentation and procedures guidelines for ERP systems users. - Thoroughly understand business practices and procedures in order to design, develop and maintain ERP functions. - Work as a Systems Analyst to help define user needs and develop data processing solutions. - Analyze and troubleshoot ERP system issues reported by end users. - Cooperate with colleagues to provide and implement solutions for unexpected issues.
Requirements
- Bs/Ms Degree in IT/ software / computer science or related field from a Reputable University. - Minimum 2+ experience in related fields. - Strong problem solving abilities and research skills with good mathematical knowledge. - Strong analysis skills, Attention to detail, Team working, Written and verbal communication skills, Interpersonal skills, Flexibility, Adaptability and Initiative. - Having knowledge or related experience in retail, finance and supply chain will be a good advantage. - Advanced knowledge and experience in MS SQL Server development domain and related services, SSRS and SSIS. - Knowledge of ERP systems architecture and retail core processes. - Having experience with Microsoft Dynamics ERP is a plus. - Being fluent in English is preferred.
