● Identify potential leads, connect with them, and turn them into active customers.
● Telephone or in-person sales to incoming customers requesting cooperation with inTrack and DeepIn.
● Update sales pipelines, register new opportunities related to existing accounts, and follow them in the CRM system.
● Hold regular meetings with the customer to measure customer satisfaction and implement programs to increase their satisfaction.
● Cooperate and coordinate with the financial unit to issue invoices and collect receivables.
● Work very closely with the product and support the team and try to help them reach their targets.
● Prepare weekly and monthly sales status report to the management.
Requirements
● At least 2 years of experience in B2B sales.
● Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
● Excellent problem-solving skills.
● Experience in working with ECRM (email, push, SMS) tools and data base.
● Familiar with Analytics tools and related concepts such as Event, Attribute, Funnel, and Segment.
● Familiarity with technical concepts and programming terms such as API and database.
● Driven to continuously seek opportunities to grow business performance.
