Job Purpose:
A senior sales planning specialist in Solico Group evaluates and identifies various trends in sales by analyzing collected data from both within the company and outside the company; then transform it into valuable information and knowledge, which supports sales staff and managers to drive action plans.
Job Summary:
This position is accountable for all aspects of data aggregation, data preparation, planning, reporting, and following up on all the sales operations based on the role assigned to her/him. The person in this position should create, organize and implement all sales plans in line with target and market demands.
Key responsibilities:
- Follow up to receive all needed data OTIF from responsible persons.
- Aggregate, compile, analyze, and evaluate collected data and publish structured reports to stakeholders.
- Detect the data problems and address them proactively.
- Responsible for ad-hoc reports to enable management to monitor sales operations.
- Regular and occasional communications to internal and external stakeholders.
- Have a close connection with direct team administration to report the special KPIs on a regular basis.
- Participate in coordination meetings with related units regarding sales planning.
- Implement necessary actions assigned in sales planning.
- Collaborate with team members and members of other departments continuously.
Requirements
- Expert in MS Office, especially Excel.
- Accurate and punctual.
- Authentic, motivated, curious, and fast learner.
- High level of detail orientation.
- Skilled in quantitative and analytical methods.
- Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills.
- More than one year of work experience in FMCG in a similar role or as a fresh graduate from a reputable university.
- Forceful in following up.
- Passionate about learning and hardworking.
- Good attitude toward teamwork as well as the ability to work independently.
- Good communication and written and spoken skills in Farsi are required.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, or an MBA graduate.
- Ability to work well and deliver under pressure.
- Familiarity with VBA and Macro is preferable.
- Familiarity with Excel Data Models is a plus.
- Familiarity with Power BI is a plus.
