Key Responsibilities:
Identify and engage new B2B clients and business opportunities.
Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals.
Collaborate with technical teams to prepare tailored proposals and offers.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients.
Monitor market trends and provide strategic input to enhance sales performance.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and negotiations.
Requirements:
At least 3 years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in energy, industrial equipment, or technology sectors.
Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Experience in project-based and consultative selling.
Familiarity with CRM and Microsoft Office.
Proactive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented mindset.
Experience in the solar energy or renewable energy market is a strong plus.
