Job Description

Managing post processors and his activities for post processor quality and outputs. Site/Cell coverage area check Define Hotspot Problem Areas (Access Failures and Dropped Calls, Poor Coverage, Booming Regions) Resolving Radio Interface related events and failures (drop calls, call setup failures, handover failures, poor signal level and quality, cell selection/reselection... etc.), maintaining stable call scenarios. Detection of Hardware (Installation, faulty device) Problems Areas of pilot pollution, over-shooting analysis Failure Analysis on Cluster and city reports Analysis of new site verification reports. Stationary data testing analysis Coverage holes, areas of poor pilot dominance Tuning site configurations (e.g. antenna tilts & azimuths & determining cross feeders) Power setting optimization (DL, UL) Neighbor list verification, prioritization and tuning Frequency & scrambling code tuning Basic services testing and troubleshooting RNC Border, Location Area Border, Routing Area Border Analysis, Paging Analysis Initial tuning and take of the new sites Perform request RVT and SSV or DT Communicate with DT subcontractor for performing DT tasks.
