Qualifications and professional requirements:

- At least 8 years of experience in production engineering or special operations in oil fields in the southern oil regions
- Experience in designing and analyzing ESP and other artificial lift
- Well test design and interpretation
- Experience in workover operations

Job description:

- Analysis of production data and well pressure drop
- Design and interpretation of well tests (Well Test)
- Workover well operation management
- Identification of production problems (asphaltene, scale, sand, water cut, etc.)
- Providing solutions to optimize production and reduce operating costs
- Coordination with the drilling unit and reservoir to plan corrective changes
- Design, select and monitor the performance of downhole ESP pumps and other artificial lift methods
