Job Description

● Work with outside and internal stakeholders. ● Help teams execute on a shared vision. ● Outline what success looks like and outlines the plan for achieving success. ● Own and define vision, marketing, and ROI. ● Research and study the future of the product, competitors, and best practices. ● Manage the entire product development process. ● Monitor the market and develop competitive analyses. ● Define roadmaps and visions for all products. ● Collaborate closely with both the scrum and product development departments to ensure the products meet specific objectives as outlined by stakeholders and clients. ● Align stakeholders around the vision for the product and conduct a final review and submit their approval before releasing the product to clients. ● Prioritize needs. ● Complete trade-off analysis to stay on track toward business deliverable commitments.

Requirements

● Outstanding background as a product manager in the software production environment. ● Expert in documentation skills and experience in creating detailed reports and giving presentations. ● Excellent negotiation and communication skills. ● Proven ability to develop product and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management. ● Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies. ● Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done. ● Skilled at working effectively with cross-functional teams in a matrix organization. ● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent. ● Team management skills. ● Organizational thinking. ● Critical thinking skills. ● Fluent in English.
