Job Description

● Work closely with the product manager and software development team to create new services and products. ● Communicate closely with customers to find their needs. ● Provide creative solutions to meet customer needs. ● Review and analysis of similar domestic and foreign products. ● Use appropriate tools to analyze and document user needs. ● Design Hi-Fi Prototype and perform usability tests. ● Extract and interpret quantitative and qualitative information of users and document it.

Requirements

● At least 3 years of experience in research and user experience design. ● Full familiarity with all aspects of the product design process including User Research, Copywriting, Wireframing, Prototyping Visual Design, Interaction Design, and Usability Testing. ● Full mastery of Figma and Sketch tools. ● Ability to solve problems in creative ways. ● Ability to communicate effectively with other team members. ● Interested in design and finding users' problems and solving it with design. ● Familiarity with the Fintech industry (financial technologies) is an advantage.
