Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled senior product designer to join our dynamic and innovative team. As a senior product designer, you will play a crucial role in creating exceptional user experiences and driving the visual design of our digital products. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including UX Researchers, Product Managers, and Engineers, to create intuitive, visually appealing, and user-centric designs.

Responsibilities:

Lead the end-to-end design process, from conceptualization to implementation, for our digital products.
Translate user needs, business requirements, and market research into innovative and visually compelling design solutions.
Create high-quality wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs that effectively communicate design concepts and interactions.
Collaborate closely with UX Researchers to conduct user research, gather insights, and validate design decisions.
Develop and maintain design systems and guidelines to ensure consistency and scalability across all products and platforms.
Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers to ensure successful implementation of designs and maintain design integrity throughout development cycles.
Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in product design and user experience.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in product design, with a focus on digital products and interfaces.
Strong portfolio demonstrating a deep understanding of user-centered design principles and showcasing visually appealing and intuitive designs.
Experience with designing and maintaining design systems.
Knowledge of UX research methodologies and experience collaborating with UX Researchers.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to effectively present and justify design decisions to stakeholders.
Proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and collaborate with product managers and engineers.
Experience in conducting and analyzing usability testing and user research data.
