Senior Procurement Specialist

Job Description

• Implementing product supply strategy, tender and auction process as needed
• Obtaining competitive prices, negotiating with suppliers and buyers, and choosing the best technical and financial bidder according to the project's needs.
• Providing logistics support to the project unit
• Preparing the purchase contract and obtaining the necessary approvals according to the limits of authority
• Identifying new sources, domestic and foreign suppliers and manufacturers according to the needs of the organization and implementing the supplier evaluation process
• Managing purchase contracts, including coordination and follow-up of manufacturing, inspection, transportation and delivery of goods
