Job Responsibilities:
Design, implement, and continuously improve the organization's Performance Management processes.
Develop, review, and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) aligned with organizational objectives.
Plan, execute, and oversee employee and managerial performance appraisal cycles.
Analyze performance evaluation results and prepare management reports and performance dashboards.
Collaborate with department managers to define performance objectives, KPIs, and improvement plans.
Monitor the effectiveness of the Performance Management System and recommend corrective and improvement actions.
Participate in the design and implementation of Talent Development, Succession Planning, and Career Path programs.
Develop, update, and maintain policies, procedures, guidelines, and documentation related to Performance Management.
Analyze HR metrics and provide analytical reports and insights to senior management.
Train and support managers and HR teams in the effective implementation of performance evaluation processes.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Psychology, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Performance Management, Organizational Development, or Human Resources.
Proven experience in designing and implementing Performance Management systems and KPIs.
Familiarity with OKRs, Competency Models, Succession Planning, and Talent Management concepts.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to prepare dashboards and management reports.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
Strong problem-solving, planning, analytical, and communication skills.
Detail-oriented, responsible, and an effective team player.
