Job Description

  • Develop internal and external processes for delivery operations, understanding drivers of low performance, identifying critical operational improvements and defects, scaling those improvements, and monitoring their performance over time.
  • Provide input to the strategy; identifying insights to help build a platform that makes being a courier for Eats a great experience.
  • Ensure the establishment and strengthening of the relationship with key accounts.
  • Identify customer needs proactively, make suggestions, and provide and execute action plans to fulfill them.
  • Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way.
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Provide data analysis needed for operations decision-making.
  • Translate analysis results into business recommendations.
  • Monitor customer and competitor activity and industry trends.
  • Participate in regular status and strategy meetings with customers' senior management to understand and meet their needs.
  • Translate customer’s strategy and priorities into a joint innovation roadmap and build a product development pipeline.
  • Monitor delivery operations metrics, apply root cause analysis to improve them, and make sure they will meet SLA by collaborating within the team or with other teams to take needed actions.

Requirements

  • Experience in operations, logistics, supply chain management, or project management.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with quantitative data analysis, deep actionable insights, modeling, and advanced test plan design and analysis.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
  • Good knowledge of Excel (SQL knowledge is a plus).
  • Excellent Communication and presentation skills (Farsi and English).
  • Strong sense of ownership.
  • Strategic and analytical thinker with the ability to drive operational excellence.
  • Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines.
  • 7/24 availability to handle any urgent issues or requests that may arise.
