Job Description

This position is responsible for the technical installation and maintenance of Software / Hardware / Services based on Microsoft Windows. The person will work closely with the infrastructure groups that manage the various platforms. • Experience With Network+ and A+ • Experience with multiple Microsoft Technology: Win2k3, 2k8, Exchange, Active Directory 2k3/2k8, SharePoint, CRM, ISA or TMG • Experience on LAN, WAN , WAN Links and technologies, MPLS, VPLS and Wireless Technologies • Support Mail Server ( Exchange & Smarter Mail) • Daily support of Company Servers/Services • Ability To Support SQL Server 2k5 or higher • Ability To Support Hp Server ( DL Series ) • Ability to Monitoring and Troubleshooting • Performance Tuning and optimization • Ability to evaluate vulnerability announcements for systems, and apply countermeasures, updates, and patches • Ability to Support VM (VMware , Hyper-V ) • Ability to support VOIP ( Planet , Cisco , Panasonic ) • Ability to work under pressure to deliver work with a view to attaining SLA targets to prevent service penalties • Ability to document every process • Designing and Implementation knowledge for various Microsoft Products

Requirements

Education: • Software / Hardware / IT BSc. (With Priority) Work Experience: • More than 5 year experience in Microsoft Windows Administration Skills: • Self-motivated, proactive, innovative and hard working. • Excellent time management, organizational skills and meeting deadlines. • Ability to work under pressure. • Problem solving and decision making skills. • Strong quality focused approach to continuous improvement.
