Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of servers, networks, and other IT systems.
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
Collaborate with senior engineers to design and implement system upgrades and enhancements. Provide technical support to end-users and resolve IT-related issues in a timely manner.
Document system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.
Assist in the management of backup and disaster recovery solutions.
Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in systems administration and IT infrastructure.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Solid understanding of networking concepts and protocols.
Familiarity with Windows and Linux operating systems.
Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V.
Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Bash) is a plus.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA Network+, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate) are advantageous but not required for entry-level positions.
Knowledge of secuirty solutions like Next-Gen Firewall, Web Application Firewall, Endpoint protection, etc.
