● Drafting contractual arrangements.
● Examining contracts drafted by contract experts.
● Reporting to legal and contract manager regarding contracts.
● Participating in contract negotiations.
● Participating in meeting regarding claims and disputes arising out of contracts.
● Preparing of required reports in contracts section to be presented to transaction committee and board of directors.
● Preparing the draft of letters in respect of claims raised out of contracts for legal and contract manager.
● Studying scope of works submitted by applicant departments and ensure the integrity of CFT and contract documents.
● Cooperating with company’s departments for tender or contract-related correspondence.
Requirements
● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law ,Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Petroleum Engineering, and Civil Engineering.
● At least 5 years’ experience in an Upstream Oil and Gas companies.
● Teamwork skills.
● Adaptable.
● Communication skills.
● Familiar with negotiation techniques.
● Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
