Join Adorateb, a leading pharmaceutical distribution company, as our Senior IT/IS Manager to drive innovation in our technology operations. Lead our Information Technology, Information Systems, Business Intelligence, and Cybersecurity units to support cutting-edge pharmaceutical distribution. Reporting to both the Group CIO and Adorateb’s CEO, you will align with group-wide policies and implement organizational standards in a dynamic, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee IT and IS infrastructure to meet pharmaceutical distribution needs (e.g., SCM, WMS, Track & Trace).
Lead Business Intelligence to provide data-driven insights for supply chain and sales performance.
Ensure cybersecurity compliance and safeguard sensitive pharmaceutical data.
Coordinate IT, IS, and Cybersecurity operations to optimize distribution systems.
Align technology strategies with group-wide policies and implement Adorateb’s organizational standards.
Deliver strategic reports to the Group CIO and Adorateb CEO on technology and distribution efficiency.
Manage technology risks and streamline processes for regulatory compliance.
Requirements:

Master’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields.
Minimum 10 years of IT/IS experience, with at least 5 years in senior management roles, ideally in pharmaceutical distribution or related industries.
Expertise in IT, IS, BI, and Cybersecurity, with strong knowledge of SCM, WMS, Track & Trace, and regulatory systems (e.g., GDP, GMP).
Proven skills in project management, team leadership, and policy alignment.
