Following up on the implementation of supply and acceptance requirements, regulations, and guidelines of the stock exchange organization in target companies, preparing them, and liaising with relevant organizations and companies.
Executing all stages of supply and acceptance, including preparing justifying reports, registration statements, required forms and contracts, and prospectus for supply and acceptance in the capital market.
Requirements
Master's degree in Management, Economics, Accounting, or an MBA graduate.
5 years of experience in areas related to IPO in investment advisory, capital procurement, and brokerage companies.
