Asabiotech Trading Company, active in the field of pharmaceutical raw materials and medical equipment, is seeking an Experienced Senior International Logistics Specialist to take responsibility for coordinating air, sea, and land transportation from abroad.

The ideal candidate ensures timely and cost-effective shipment of goods, prepares shipping documents with high accuracy, and coordinates customs procedures.

-Technical and Professional Skills
Full proficiency in spoken and written Turkish (Istanbul dialect)
Proficiency in spoken and written English
International transportation management: Knowledge of air, sea, and land transport, route optimization, and precise scheduling
Negotiation with shipping companies: Ability to secure the best rates and contract terms
Customs regulations: Familiarity with customs procedures at foreign ports and airports
Documentation management: Accurate preparation of bills of lading, invoices, permits, and other international shipping documents
Order registration and currency allocation: Complete understanding of financial and currency procedures related to import and export

Planning and scheduling: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks
Problem-solving and decision-making: Capability to find solutions during emergencies or shipment delays
Quality control and accuracy: Ensuring correctness of documents and minimizing operational errors
Risk management: Identifying and mitigating potential risks in the supply chain and transportation
