Job Summary:
The Senior Infrastructure Manager is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the efforts of the DevOps, Network, Security, and internal IT teams. This role is crucial for ensuring the technical infrastructure is robust, secure, and efficiently supports the business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership and Management:
- Lead and manage the DevOps, Network, Security, and internal IT teams.
- Develop KPIs and objectives for each team to measure performance and effectiveness.
Strategic Planning:
- Work closely with business and technology stakeholders to develop and implement a strategic infrastructure roadmap.
- Ensure infrastructure scalability and reliability to meet current and future business needs.
Budget Management
- Develop and manage budgets for infrastructure projects and operational costs.
Technical Oversight:
- Oversee architecture, design, and implementation of all infrastructure-related solutions.
- Ensure high availability, fault tolerance, and disaster recovery capabilities are in place.
Security and Compliance:
- Oversee network security measures to protect data, software, and hardware.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
Vendor Management
- Negotiate and manage contracts with vendors and service providers.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain detailed documentation for infrastructure systems, policies, and procedures.
- Produce regular reports on infrastructure performance and planning.
