Requirements
-Bachelor's or master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Management, especially HR fields of study
-At least 3 years in related fields
-Familiar with HR (Recruitment, Development, Performance evaluation, Retention, Attendance, Payroll, Job grading)
-Familiar with Labor Law, SSO law, Supplementary Insurance and Employers Liability Insurance
-Mastery of personnel Contracts
-Familiar with process of Training
-Good knowledge of Microsoft office
-Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
-Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines
-Positive and active attitude, willing to take responsibility
-Capability to work in a team
