Job Description
- Manage employees' attendance policies and work with the attendance software.
- Execute monthly payroll administration accurately and on time.
- Prepare and manage personnel contracts, extensions, and terminations.
- Prepare personnel information, part-time work hours, earnings, and deductions for calculating salaries.
- Address employee queries regarding compensation and benefits issues.
- Coordinate administrative tasks such as preparing introduction letters and payslips.
- Handle general HR administration and team projects as assigned within the stated guidelines and timeframes.
- Administer employee insurance, collaborating with insurance brokers and plan carriers.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Proficiency in various HR software systems, including Rahkaran System and Kasra.
- Strong knowledge of labor law.
- Advanced skills in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Attention to detail and the ability to multitask and work under constant deadlines.
- Responsible and committed.
- People-oriented with good communication skills.
- Excellent analytical skills, strong presentation skills, and excellent data management skills.
- Professional level of verbal and written communication skills.
