Are you a detail-oriented financial professional with a passion for precision? We are seeking an experienced financial manager to lead our financial operations and ensure the accuracy, compliance, and efficiency of our accounting processes. As an integral member of our team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial health of our organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Examine and analyze accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards.
  • Coordinate the monthly closing process and reconciliation of general ledger accounts.
  • Control the correct execution of processes and instructions.
  • Identify and evaluate the company's operational and financial risks and prepare an appropriate action plan to reduce and control the risks.
  • Monitor short-term borrowing and bank credit limits.
  • Monitor and analyze monthly operating results against budget.
  • Avoid legal challenges by complying with legal requirements.
  • Manage internal and external auditors effectively.
  • Assist in establishing short and long-range departmental goals objectives, policies, and operating procedures.
  • Prepare and analyze monthly and yearly financial statements.\
  • The financial manager is required to be present at the factory in the special economic zone of Salafchegan 1 to 2 days a week; shuttle service is provided by the company.
  • Location: Jordan st.
  • Working days and hours: Saturday to Wednesday (7-15).

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
  • At least 8 years of managerial experience in accounting or finance roles.
  • Strong grasp of relevant laws and regulations, including Tax and Social Security regulations, ensuring compliant financial operations.
  • Demonstrate a solid understanding of accounting standards, reflecting your commitment to financial accuracy.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel, using it as a tool to analyze and present financial data effectively.
  • Exhibit a hands-on attitude and a drive to establish streamlined processes and infrastructures that enhance efficiency.
  • Thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where priorities and deadlines may shift, showcasing your ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
