About the Role
We are seeking for a detail‑oriented and analytical Financial Analyst to join our client’s finance team. This role is ideal for a professional with a strong foundation in finance, accounting, and data analysis who can transform financial data into meaningful insights that support strategic and operational decision‑making.
The Financial Analyst will play a key role in financial reporting, forecasting, and performance analysis. By leveraging strong analytical skills and financial knowledge, the ideal candidate will help improve financial transparency, support business planning, and contribute to the organization’s overall financial health.

Key Responsibilities
Financial Analysis & Reporting
Preparing and analyzing financial reports, dashboards, and performance metrics.
Supporting monthly financial close processes, reconciliations, and reporting activities.
Analyzing financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
Providing insights to support business decisions and operational planning.
Financial Forecasting & Planning
Assisting in financial forecasting, budgeting, and financial modeling activities.
Monitoring financial performance against forecasts and budgets.
Supporting management in evaluating financial scenarios and investment decisions.
Data Analysis & Financial Systems
Working with financial data using spreadsheets, databases, and financial software.
Developing automated reports and analytical tools using VBA macros where applicable.
Utilizing data analysis tools such as SQL and Python to improve financial analysis and reporting.
Applying data‑driven approaches and modern analytical techniques to financial processes.
Business Insight & Communication
Translating complex financial data into clear insights for business stakeholders.
Preparing presentations and financial summaries for management.
Collaborating with cross‑functional teams to support financial and operational initiatives.

What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, IT, or a related field.
Professional certifications such as Chartered Accountant (CA) or CFA Level I or II are highly valued.
Experienced in monthly financial closing and reconciliation processes.
Strong understanding of financial, accounting, and operational principles.
Proven skills in developing financial reports, dashboards, and performance metrics.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, advanced spreadsheets, and financial software applications.
Experience in working with VBA macros, SQL, and Python is a strong advantage.
Understanding of modern analytical approaches and familiarity with prompt engineering concepts is a plus.
Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong presentation, reporting, and analytical problem‑solving skills.
Strong business acumen with demonstrated skill in translating data into actionable insights.
Familiarity with SAP, IFRS standards, or progress toward ACCA qualification is an advantage.
