Job Description
- Prepare periodic daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Prepare forms and internal reports of the workshop and project progress conditions.
- Prepare project implementation plan.
- Prepare schedules at lower WBS levels with resource allocation.
- Update prepared plans (such as project schedules).
- Visit and obtain reports and information from the site and project units on the site.
- Prepare materials plans and submit them to the procurement unit for purchase.
- Create and update databases such as manpower, machinery, concreting, cement, etc.
- Prepare visit summary reports for possible future claims.
- Prepare work progress reports.
- Record the consumed resources of the project.
- Estimate the volumes and quantities of works.
- Register and announce project issues and bottlenecks in the minutes.
- Salary: Negotiable.

Requirements
- Gender preference: Male.
- At least 5 years of work experience.
- At least a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering.
- Proficient in Microsoft Project, Excel, and Primavera.
- Proficient in defining and controlling the time, costs, and resources of the project.
- Proficient in extracting periodic reports and writing periodic reports of projects.
- Familiarity with industrial projects and how to break down their activities and costs.
- Proficient in preparing reports from schedule files.
- Proficient in rescheduling the remaining works of projects if needed.
- High teamwork spirit.
- Possibility of periodic visits to projects in the country.
