● Regularly in touch with planning and R&D departments to receive new inquiry of raw materials.
● Active search and prepare a valid and comprehensive international vendor list for demand of company for different raw materials.
● Regularly be in touch with vendors and be aware of any new development of new products.
● Participate in local and international exhibitions to maintain and expand network of vendors.
● Coordinate all international commercial affairs such as corresponding, orders controlling with suppliers for payment, shipment/ delivery schedule, commercial registration procedure and transportation follow-up.
● Manage the process of getting necessary permissions from Ministry of Commerce and also Ministry of Health.
● Open letter of credit and any other banking transactions.
● Plan and coordinate custom clearance procedures.
● Develop procedures for coordination of supply chain management with other functional areas, such as sales, marketing, finance, production, or quality assurance.
Requirements
● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commercial Management. Having MBA is a plus.
● At least 2 years experience in commercial field and preferably in Pharmaceutical industry.
● Excellent fluency in English.
● Good communication and presentation skills.
● Self-organized, motivated with leadership skills.
● Able to work under pressure and time constraints.
● Good Knowledge and understanding of international trading.
● Familiar with import order registration at ministry of commerce and ministry of health.
● Ability to travel.
● Ability to work overtime.
● Preferable age between 25 - 35 years old.
