Job Description
● Register orders in NTSW and determine the currency.
● Coordinate with insurance and transportation companies.
● Issue and control shipping documents, coordinate goods transportation, coordinate transit and clearance of goods, settlement of foreign exchange obligations and follow up with sellers.
● Carry out commercial correspondence and conduct negotiations and correspondence for foreign orders, sending inquiries, and receiving proforma.
● Prepare and control all commercial documents, including CO, BL, PL, and CL and check the accuracy of documents.
● Coordinate and follow up on transport, transit, insurance, and inspection companies.
● Control credit purchases from foreign suppliers.
● Keep up-to-date on current laws and regulations and anticipate changes as needed in business areas (such as import, export, and customs matters).
● Control and check reports and work progress.
● Develop and monitor operations and procedures.
● Respond to suppliers regarding order status, order changes, or cancellations.
● Identification of supply sources, negotiation and correspondence, price inquiry, and contract conclusion.
