
Job Description
• Prepare annual category plan and control the KPIs • Controlling of the financial aspect of categories including profitability, consumer and trade marketing budget, ROI of marketing activities and price • Prepare new product launch plan and control the plan implementation • Briefing of marketing department for artworks and campaigns and making sure about the quality of implementation • Cooperation in sales goal setting, forecasting, and pricing • Coordinate product development process among planning, sales, marketing, finance, production, and R&D departments • Visiting the market routinely to achieve market insight • Definition of market research based on categories' problem for market research department and control the output of the research as a client • Regular analysis of sales, marketing, and finance data to find gap and opportunities • Prepare proposal, define improvement projects, and follow up the projects to improve the profitability of the dairy categories
Requirements
• Master in Management (MBA is preferred) or Industrial Engineering • 7 years of experience (at least 3 years of experience in product management is needed, FMCG experience is preferred) • Deep knowledge of marketing and strong knowledge of finance • Capability of team development and leadership • Critical and analytical thinking • Excellent written and verbal communication and negotiation • Tenacious and hard working • Ability to work well under pressure • Fluent in English • Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
