Senior Campaign Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated senior campaign manager to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and achieve business objectives.

• Develop and execute marketing campaigns based on marketing objectives such as Brand awareness, new user acquisition, lead generation, etc.
• Develop and implement impactful Online and offline marketing initiatives, ATL and BTL campaigns, including guerrilla marketing, event sponsorships, billboard campaigns, etc.
• Manage the integration, and coordination of all internal and external resources to ensure all marketing campaigns and communications are executed in a timely, accurate and legally compliant manner.
• Effectively interface with cross-functional teams to understand overall business strategy.
• Manage campaign budgets and track KPIs to measure success and optimize strategies for maximum impact.
• Drive impactful results by developing, executing, and analyzing digital campaigns leveraging paid search, ads, and social influencer marketing.
• Make data-driven decisions coupled with planning and a strong analytical mind.
• Prepare final reports of campaigns and give recommendations for improvement.
• Leverage potential creative, production, and market timing synergies across channels, markets, and consumer segments.
