Job Description:

As a Senior B2B Sales and Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for:
Developing and executing sales and marketing strategies in line with organizational goals
Identifying new market opportunities and expanding the customer portfolio (B2B / B2G)
Analyzing market trends, competitors, and industry insights and reporting findings to management
Planning and executing sales and marketing campaigns
Preparing professional presentation materials using appropriate visualization tools
Identifying customers and competitors in international markets to develop new business segments
Conducting professional negotiations with key clients and preparing technical–commercial proposals
Participating actively in tenders and preparing related sales and marketing documentation
Managing customer relationships and building long‑term partnerships
Collaborating closely with technical, product, and support teams to deliver tailored solutions
Managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to payment collection
Preparing analytical and managerial reports on sales performance and market status
Qualifications:

Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in IT or digital solutions
Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work collaboratively in a team environment
Familiarity with B2B/B2G sales processes and tendering procedures
