Senior Accountant

Job Description

Lifeboard Parseh is looking for a qualified Senior Accountant to join our finance department and take over the major reporting and reconciliation duties for our company. The Senior Accountant will be responsible for heading the finance department and reporting directly to the CFO. We need a professional with attention to detail necessary to ensure accurate reporting in all areas. -Key Responsibilities: -Analyzing complex financial reports and records -Making recommendations based on analysis and status of reserves, assets and expenditures -Reviewing journal entries of junior accountants to ensure accuracy -Training and mentoring junior staff -Performing variance analyses and preparing account reconciliations -Assisting with financial and tax audits -Coordinating more complex accounting projects and initiatives with other members of the accounting and finance team or with other departments
