Ensure the safety and security of all employees and assets across all Bel sites (Qazvin Factory, Tehran Distribution Center, and Head Office).
Develop, implement, and continuously improve security strategies and action plans, in coordination with the HSE department, to protect people, goods, and the company’s reputation.
Serve as the primary point of contact for all security-related issues and emergencies.
Definition of security needs and specifications of new projects.
Monitor procurement, installation, and maintenance of safety and security equipment.
Collaboration with the Purchasing and HSE departments to ensure timely and compliant implementation of new projects.
Ensure that all security policies and procedures are applied strictly and consistently across all Bel locations.
Guarantee full compliance with local laws and regulations, as well as company standards and protocols.
Coordinate with internal departments (HSE, HR, IT, Maintenance, etc.) for all safety & security-related matters.
Organize training and awareness sessions for staff on emergency protocols, access control, and incident response.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent degree.
Fluent In English; ability to report and present in English.
Advanced in security management and risk management.
At least 5 years of relevant experience in corporate or industrial security roles.
Experience working in multi-site organizations is a strong advantage.
Strong knowledge of security systems, risk management, and crisis response.
Familiarity with local safety regulations and international security standards.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interdepartmental coordination skills.
Proven ability to handle confidential information and high-pressure situations.
