Job Description

● Coordinate office activities and operations. ● Manage phone calls and correspondence. ● Follow up on all the tasks assigned by the manager. ● Manage the sending and receiving of documents sent by managers. ● Arrange meetings. ● Coordinate with colleagues and management for office issues. ● Manage all incoming and outgoing (Meetings, letters, and packages). ● Follow up on matters assigned by the company.

Requirements

● Familiar with administrative automation. ● Familiar with administrative affairs. ● Ability to communicate and cooperate with colleagues in an effective manner. ● Fluent in MS Office, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. ● At least 4 years of experience. ● Excellent communication, organizational, and writing skills (Typing Persian or English). ● Ability to coordinate multiple activities. ● Very responsible, creative, a good team player, and loyal to work. ● At least a Bachelor's degree. ● Age range: 28 to 35 years old. ● Gender preference: Female. ● Working experience in construction companies is a plus.
