Job Description

● Answer calls, take messages and handle correspondence. ● Maintain documents and arranging appointments. ● Generate, prepare, and edit documents as needed. ● Arrange all daily office activities. ● Schedule meetings. ● Set calendars. ● Alert the manager about cancelations or new meetings.

Requirements

● Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). ● Ability to type and lay-outing letters. ● Excellent teamwork behavior and skills. ● Fluent in English (Writing and speaking). ● Gender preference: Female. ● Ideal age range: 20 to 35 years old. ● Able to work in Shahid Beheshti Street (Shahid Beheshti Metro Station). ● Punctual, active, responsible, accurate, and motivated.
