-Assist all of the office and administrative activities to facilitate running of a well-known export club
-Applying a range of office software, club official website emails, spreadsheets and databases
-Present a professional and effective contact to all clients, board members, staff, and media
-Responsible for all office tasks include answer the telephone calls and fax
-Maintain the general filing system and file all correspondence
-Book transport and accommodation
Requirements
-At least 5 years of experience as office assistant
-Excellent organizational and time-management skills
-Expert in typing farsi-latin and MS Office skills
-Accuracy and attention to detail
-Ability to work under pressure, self-motivated, strong public relation
-Diligent, tact and discretion for dealing with any confidential information
-Gender Preference: Female
-Ideal Age Range: 25 - 40
-Good spoken and written communication skills / English language
