- To store, maintain, and record documents, prepare letters, forms, reports and official correspondences in both Persian and English in a professional way
- To manage office related affairs and communications
-To follow up actions of meetings and prepare regular progress reports for management.
- To be responsible for receiving, dispatching and storing of emails
- To Coordinate internal and external meetings and any office works (scheduling events and calendaring) to coordinate internal and external meetings
- To perform any duties defined by management for daily operation
Requirements
- Excellent skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Internet
- Familiarity with Adobe Acrobat and Photoshop
- Typing without difficulty
- High level of organization and self-discipline
- High level of energy and motivation
- Effective communication skill and Excellent Public relations
- Excellent organizational skill
- Desired start date: As soon as possible
- Accounting knowledge and experience highly preferred
- Procurement planning knowledge and experience is a plus
