- Storage, maintenance, and record of documents preparing letters, forms, reports and official correspondences in both Persian and English in a professional way
- Manage office related affairs and communications
- Follow up actions of meetings and prepare regular progress reports for management.
- Responsible for receiving, dispatching, storage of emails
- Corresponding with our branches offices via phone/email
- Coordinating internal and external meetings and any office works (scheduling and event calendars) and Monitor the calendar and appointments and handle office correspondence
- Perform any other duties defined by management for daily operation.
Requirements
- Intermediate in spoken and written English
- Excellent skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Internet
-Familiarity with Adobe Acrobat and Photoshop
- Typing without difficulty both in English and Persian
- High level of organization and self-discipline
- High level of energy and motivation, interest in learning, smart and fast learner
- Effective communication skill and Excellent Public relations
- Excellent organizational skill

- Ideal Age: 25-35
- Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience
- Desired start date: As soon as possible
- Accounting knowledge and experience highly preferred
- Procurement planning knowledge and experience is a plus
