• Provide full secretarial & administrative support
• Manage office related affairs and communications
• Scheduling appointments and meetings, in accordance with CEO's schedule
• Answering phones, receiving and transferring messages
• Maintaining corporate files, preparing letters and reports
• Type & dispatch required letters
• Perform any other duties defined by management for daily operation

Requirements
• At least Bachelor degree in any field
• Fluent in English Language (writing, speaking, reading and comprehension)
• At least 3 years’ Experience in related field.
• Good command of Microsoft office application, excel, word, outlook, etc
• Good command of archiving basics
• Ability in touch type ( English & Persian )
• Gender Preference: Only Female
• Age Preference: 27- 37
• Being familiar with commercial and accountant is an advantage
• Being familiar with sourcing is an advantage
• Being familiar with Photoshop is an advantage
